To hit 400+ 5-star Google reviews is a monumental achievement and one that I do not take for granted. Spraywise is built on a commitment to provide an excellent service at competitive prices. Throughout our 400+ 5-star Google reviews, this has been something that’s clearly been recognised by our customers. 

In this latest blog post, I wanted to do something a little bit different and take a look back on some of our top 5-star reviews. I truly appreciate every single review received over the last few years but here are some of my favourites that really highlights what Spraywise is all about…

REVIEW 1 -Pete Peterson

After crashing and cracking the front bumper against a wall we thought our only choice was to replace the whole bumper which would have cost us thousands. After much deliberation we concluded that repairing it was the most cost effective option. The results were truly impressive. The bumper looks like new for a fraction of the cost of what BMW would have charged us. Rick is a true professional. He is incredibly honest, communicative and did exactly what he said he would do. We booked in a date, having to wait a couple of months for him to come, (as he is always super busy – now we know why…), but it was 100% worth the wait as we can’t believe what he has done to the car. You really would have looked at it prior and thought it was unrepairable, however after he had finished, it looked brand new and there was no evidence of the work being done.

He is incredibly polite, courteous and was very honest in his pricing. He dropped us a text a couple of days before to remind us he was coming and arrived promptly as discussed at 8.30am to start the work. I would now have no hesitation in recommending him to others as he was absolutely fantastic.

REVIEW 2 – Anthony Young

A massive thankyou to Mr Rick Johnson a fantastic talented unique individual that worked in appalling shocking weather conditions to produce a brilliant finish to my car. Its nice to see a guy that works with both pride and passion total professional.well done young man will certainly be recommending you to friends family and colleagues 

REVIEW 3 – Robbie Noone

I couldn’t highly recommend Rick/Spraywise enough, after being unfortunately reversed into whilst parked up I got in contact with Rick regarding the repair. Throughout the process he was extremely helpful within his professionalism and communications. The finished product is amazing on the repair and you would never know there had ever been any damage, looks like I have a brand new bumper.

Very convenient as Rick is also mobile and came to my workplace to do the repair meaning no loss of earnings for myself. The work speaks for itself, as a result of the job on my car, a few of my colleagues booked him in for further work within minutes of completing my repair. (before pic doesn’t show the full extent of the damage) Will definitely be returning my custom in the future

Rick is the ultimate professional. He came gave me a quote for the work, booked me in, telephoned the night before to confirm. He arrived to carry out the work on time and did what I can only describe as an amazing job. I am so pleased with the results and the price was very reasonable considering the amount of time and effort he put in on the day. Thank you Rick – Top Class!

REVIEW 5 – Miriam Barrow

From the first message I sent Rick, he was professional. We had 3 cars in the family which needed body work, 2 of which were lease cars and one had had a touch up job done previously and the paint had chipped. He came to look at the cars at the day and time arranged and gave us an honest appraisal, pointing out which scuffs we needed to sort out and which we could ignore. We had to wait a few weeks which was fine by us and shows he has an excellent reputation. On the days he worked on the cars he arrived at the time he said he would. As far as the workmanship, Rick has done an excellent job and all cars look like new. The chipped paint on one of the cars was due to having not been done properly previously and Rick explained why it had chipped and what he was going to do which would ensure it would be done properly this time.
