One of our very latest jobs was in Wigan repairing the front bumper of a very well cared for Ford Focus. The owner of the vehicle got in touch with us immediately when they realised that their pride and joy had sustained damage on the front bumper. The customer used our WhatsApp feature on the website to send us through clear images of the damage that had been sustained and it was obvious that there was clear cracks and stuffs that needed some urgent attention. The customer wasn’t entirely sure how the damage had been sustained but we reassured them that even the most well looked after cars aren’t immune from sustaining this type of damage. From receiving the initial WhatsApp images of the Ford Focus, we then proceeded to call the customer and arrange a call-out repair at a time and day that suited them best.
Although the damage wasn’t severe or the worst we’ve encountered by any means, there was still a job to be done to ensure that the aesthetics of the vehicle was well-kept and preserved. By the looks of the damage, we told the customer of the Ford Focus that it’s highly likely that the cause of the damage was from parking the bumper too close to nearby kerbs.
